For hope in difficulty
St. Jude Thaddeus
One of the twelve apostles, Jude is honoured in Catholic devotion as a companion in desperate circumstances. His image offers a place to bring the worries that feel hardest to carry.

PAUSE. BREATHE. BRING WHAT IS ON YOUR HEART.
A prayer
for this moment.
An original prayer from DIGITAL JESUS.
Saint Jude, pray for me when hope feels far away. Bring my troubles before God and help me find courage for this day. May I recognise the help offered to me, accept the care of others, and take the next small step in hope. Amen.
CARRY THIS WITH YOU
A small reflection.
Hope can begin with one small act: telling someone how you feel, accepting help, or taking the next possible step. You do not have to see the whole way forward today.
